Details of termination

The trial access for the 3 providers UseNeXT, Firstload and Usenet.nl is definitely free and not linked to any consequent subscription catches.

You don't run any risks as you can cancel any time within the trial period and you don't incur any costs. Once the 14-day or 30-day trial has expired, the trial package ends automatically. Your access then automatically finishes.

We have gathered the most important steps for a successful cancellation with each of the 3 providers here:

Cancelling with UseNeXT

The cancellation with UseNeXT is done easily and comfortably from within the software.

Your cancellation is confirmed by e-mail within 30 minutes.

The following screenshots show you how easy it is to cancel with UseNeXT.

Cancelling with Usenet.nl

The cancellation with Usenet.nl is just as simple.

It can be done quickly and uncomplicated with a few clicks within the software and is also confirmed by e-mail within 30 minutes.

Cancelling with Firstload

Unfortunately, the cancellation with Firstload is not quite as easy as it is with UseNeXT and Usenet.nl.

Cancelling per mouse-click is not possible. You can however contact customer support directly via the contact form and make a cancellation request.

We have composed a short sample letter for you, which you are welcome to use. You merely have to mark the following text, copy it into Firstload's Firstload - contact form and add your name:

Dear Firstload customer service team,

unfortunately Usenet couldn't provide me with what I was looking for.

For that reason I would like to cancel the Usenet portal at the end of the 14 day trial.

I would like to ask you to confirm my cancellation by email.

Kind regards,

General information for cancelling with all 3 providers

We advise you explicitly to make sure that the provider really confirms your cancellation by email. Only then will your cancellation be legally effective.

Normally, UseNeXT and Usenet.nl provide you with this confirmation within a matter of minutes. With Firstload however, it can take up to a day as they process their cancellations manually.

In case you haven't received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the provider again by telephone. We are not familiar with any such cases however. In 99.9% of the cases the cancellation is carried out quickly and effectively.
